DEMO SUBMISSION POLICY

We will review unsolicited materials; however, please e-mail us first to obtain our permission to submit. Afterwards, please click here to submit your materials. Please do not email us MP3 files or mail us physical CDs. The submission form will ask you to provide us with answers to a few basic questions about yourself and your submission, and to provide us with a link to a website, SoundCloud, Myspace or similar page where we can review your materials in streaming audio or video format. We will not review music on any website where we are required to join, register or pay in order to listen to your music or view your video. It would also be helpful if you could link us to a page containing your bio and photo. We do not return submitted materials. Please allow us 3-4 weeks to listen to your submission, and then follow up with us by e-mail or telephone. Submitting your material to us for review does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please refrain from submitting material which includes any unlicensed samples or interpolations. We do not charge any fee to review unsolicited materials.


Information on prices and services:

ATTORNEY: Generally, attorneys bill by the hour, divided in tenths of an hour. Expenses are the client’s responsibility.  Many client representations can also be handled on a retainer, flat fee or percentage basis, depending on the matter. Our minimum retainer for new matters is $3,500.00. When appropriate, we will schedule an initial office, phone or internet consultation for a fee of $600.00 (maximum one hour).

From North (U.S. Route 1)

  1. Take U.S. Route 1 (Roosevelt Blvd. South, merge with I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway), and exit at City Avenue, Exit #339.
  2. Proceed up City Avenue, past 3rd traffic light, past NBC-10 television station. Turn right onto Decker Blvd.
  3. Follow Decker Blvd. 100 yards to parking lot on left, our office building (Two Bala Plaza) is the office building that shares the parking lot with Saks Fifth Avenue department store.
  4. Proceed into elevator to 3rd Floor.

From South (U.S. Route 1)

  1. Take U.S. Route 1 (City Avenue) North until Belmont Avenue.
  2. Turn left onto Belmont Avenue, then proceed 1 block until traffic light (St. Asaph’s Road).
  3. Turn right onto St. Asaph’s Road.
  4. After first traffic light, turn right into parking lot for Two Bala Plaza.
  5. Proceed into elevator to 3rd Floor.

From West (I-76 East)

  1. Take I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway), exit at City Avenue, Exit #339.
  2. Proceed up City Avenue, past 3rd traffic light, past NBC-10 television station. Turn right onto Decker Blvd.
